Francine Chew

Prudential

Francine Chew is director, Corporate & Community Engagement in the Office of Corporate Social Responsibility at Prudential Financial, Inc. In this position, Francine serves as the primary liaison between the Office of Corporate Social Responsibility and Prudential’s businesses and corporate centers, and develops and implements a collaborative strategy for internal constituents.

As such, Francine works with the business units and corporate centers to develop effective strategies that address social needs and meet business objectives. She is also responsible for the local execution and communication of Prudential's broader social impact work, and oversees the implementation of place-based employee engagement activities.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2014, Francine was a Program Officer for Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses initiative. She also served as an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets group at Merrill Lynch, and as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.

Francine has a BA in economics from Yale University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. She was also a Fulbright Scholar in Ecuador.
